Hundreds of Nairobi residents are now part of the City’s land owners after they received their title deeds from real estate dealer, Property Reality Company (PRC).

In an event held in Nairobi this past Saturday, PRC handed title deeds to over 100 residents who applied and paid for discounted land offers in Konza, Aberdare View and Oldonyo Ridge. “The idea behind PRC is to let ordinary Kenyans own affordable property in the City. We are really glad that we have made the dreams of hundreds of Kenyans owning land in Nairobi come true,” noted PRC Marketing Manager Keith Kinyambu. “We have had more and more people showing interest in our discounted land ownership deals which attests to the fact that we deliver what we promise,” he added.

This was the second time PRC was handing over title deeds having sold out other land properties in Olduvai, Oletepesi and Serian. The company is currently running a Christmas mega sale offer for the property in Magadi Road, Naivasha, Nanyuki and Mombasa road with 20% discount on all property.

Besides those receiving their title deeds, PRC used the open day to register their next clients who have until 21st of next month to fulfill their desire of owning a piece of Nairobi.
